What is the ministry challenge keeping you up at night?

Grief over so many hurting pastors and leaders who feel alone.

What is the greatest hope for God’s work in 2023 you’re dreaming about?

Oh, that God would bring a true revival that sweeps over the world!

What are the top 1-3 essentials for the Church in America to address to reach those who are spiritually open, but not yet following Jesus?

1) The mental health crisis provides opening for church to be a refuge and good news. 2) In this year leading up to the presidential election, Christians need to be known most for their love of God and others, not for any political candidate or party. We need to serve others locally and not just argue over social media. 3) We still need to address issues of race and in particular how that affects whether or not someone is willing to get to know Jesus.
