What is the ministry challenge keeping you up at night?

Finding new and creative ways to reach people for Christ in the United States and Canada today. Finding ways to reverse the trend of declining attendance on our churches today with an emerging attitude people do not need the Lord or the church.

What is the greatest hope for God’s work in 2023 you’re dreaming about?

That His people will be inspired to get out from within the walls of the church and meet people where they are. That Christians will engage and be a blessing in their communities to make a difference in peoples lives. Additionally, to be available to share the Gospel with lost and hurting people.

What is a non-ministry activity that brings you joy and energy?

Mountain biking in Colorado.

What are the top 1-3 essentials for the Church in America to address to reach those who are spiritually open, but not yet following Jesus?

1. Preach evangelical messages inside and outside the church building. 2. Engage and be a blessing in our communities where the faithful can meet and share Jesus with those seeking after Him. 3. Connect these people with others for discipleship and spiritual formation.
