Cheyanne serves as a Partner Success Manager at Gloo, where she works closely with Barna Group in the organizations' missions to serve church leaders with timely insights and resources. In addition, she partners with her husband Grant, leading the Next Gen initiatives at THINQ where they convene high-capacity next gen leaders and create space for connection, collaboration and spiritual health. She is also a Director of Culture at Way Church in Nashville, TN where she helps create a community church culture that's committed to doing life Jesus's Way. Cheyanne is deeply passionate about the emotional health and wholeness of leaders, where restoration and intimacy with Jesus in one’s inner life overflows into all aspects of their outer life and leadership.
