What is the ministry challenge keeping you up at night?
That the most anemic mission field is the college campus in the USA and that Denominations, Local Churches, etc... don't have any urgency in wanting to invest or work these ripe fields of mission, yet lament that young people are not populating their congregations.
What is the greatest hope for God’s work in 2023 you’re dreaming about?
How there are these beautiful blossoming fields of vital, authentic, spirituality happening through the next generations.
What is a non-ministry activity that brings you joy and energy?
So many! Spending time with family, hunting, fishing.
What are the top 1-3 essentials for the Church in America to address to reach those who are spiritually open, but not yet following Jesus?
Be open to start relationships.Be patient in our conversations, ask questions, and be prepared to listen. Be authentic and intentional when answering questions (or in our interactions in general)
