What is the ministry challenge keeping you up at night?

How to we create quality media content at scale for the Kingdom of God, including the challenge of overcoming budgets required to produce quality content. And how do we unify together as the body of Christ and stop building individual little "k" kingdoms, but work together to accomplish our collective mission here on earth--to be a witness of what we have seen and heard, and disciple nations!

What is the greatest hope for God’s work in 2023 you’re dreaming about?

Being a part of getting the identity message out to everyone where they are at, because I see it being the centric problem we are dealing with that is holding us back as a body of Christ. I believe it is impossible to unify together the way we are capable of until we each learn to live fearlessly in our true identities. Once we know who we are and Who's we are, there will be a resilient move of God that cannot be stopped.

What is a non-ministry activity that brings you joy and energy?

Being out in nature. Sailing particularly is one of my greatest joys and one of the places it is easiest to think and connect with God.

What are the top 1-3 essentials for the Church in America to address to reach those who are spiritually open, but not yet following Jesus?

We need to be authentic as a Church. To recognize where we have missed it and become religious. The spiritually open are not looking for religion but a real authentic relationship with God! We must become truth-tellers in partnership with God to become the body of Christ I know is possible. People are leaving church or not finding what they are looking for in church because we have in many ways adopted a form of godliness, but are lacking the power thereof. I believe we are in a time where there is a new wineskin for the church that we must see and adopt to have the impact we are called to. Also, we must use the power of media to reach people where they are at, and we must do it at the highest quality levels to be an excellent representation of an excellent Heavenly Father. And the final point here is we must stand up for the truth declared in the Bible at all costs, because it is only when we are true to who we are that we will have the impact that we are supposed to have here on earth.
