What is the ministry challenge keeping you up at night?
How does one take the victories of ministry in evangelical instances and ensure that the follow up of the local body is present. Often times I think to the amazing moments had in different cities, states, and regions and ask the Lord if someone is helping stoke all those flames.
What is the greatest hope for God’s work in 2023 you’re dreaming about?
I believe there is a generation that is pursuing collaboration unlike we've ever seen. They want to do things together. The kingdom builders that are mobilizing understand the need for unity AND agreement.
What is a non-ministry activity that brings you joy and energy?
Anything competitive! Card/board games! Spikeball! Pickleball! Movies! Food tours!
What are the top 1-3 essentials for the Church in America to address to reach those who are spiritually open, but not yet following Jesus?
Discipleship - When you invite people into your life in the most real and vulnerable way, as Jesus did, people are open to way more than we think.
Truth and Grace Balance - Lisa Bevere once said that for a long time, people preached truth without grace. As a result, now people are preaching grace without truth. We need a balance that is expressed in unwavering love with the uncompromising truth of the Word.
Vulnerability - Showing those that aren't yet fully committed to following Jesus where we've been and what Jesus has brought us out of is an effective way to lay a foundation for a true relationship. It closes the gap of separation that they may have created in their mind.
