What is the ministry challenge keeping you up at night?

On a macro level, I think about the disruptions humanity is facing, and how we (the Church) can respond with a provoking, winsome, and engaging posture that drives people to Jesus. On a personal level, I constantly wrestle with overcoming my disinterest, distraction, and laziness toward redemptive practices.

What is the greatest hope for God’s work in 2023 you’re dreaming about?

On a personal level, in the remaining 2 months of 2023, I hope to see the Lord continue to grab my kids' attention, and they respond to his invitation. On a global level, I'm earnestly praying for peace in the Middle East, that the innocent Palestinian people will be spared from Israel's wrath.

What is a non-ministry activity that brings you joy and energy?

Cycling, learning, spending time with my family.

What are the top 1-3 essentials for the Church in America to address to reach those who are spiritually open, but not yet following Jesus?
