What is the ministry challenge keeping you up at night?

How can we unify the body of Christ to accomplish the entire mission that Jesus has called us to.

What is the greatest hope for God’s work in 2023 you’re dreaming about?

The opportunity that the Church has to rise to the occasion with a nation that seems desperate for purpose and meaning.

What is a non-ministry activity that brings you joy and energy?

Spending time on our farm and traveling with my wife Amber and our 5 children.

What are the top 1-3 essentials for the Church in America to address to reach those who are spiritually open, but not yet following Jesus?

1. A kingdom divided against itself will not stand....we cannot remain divided while reaching a culture that is already skeptical of the Church. 2. In order to accomplish the big vision we must remain attached to Jesus. We cannot exchange intimacy with Christ with great plans under human effort. 3. We need to rediscover the key elements of what the early Church did to unlock a movement that changed the world.
