Gloo's AI & the Church Report (2023) identified that over 2/3 of church leaders don't think that AI will significantly impact their work. The Church is going to loose ground if it ignores / misses the current disruption inflection point that we're living through right now. How might we increase awareness, educate, normalize, and democratize sensible use of AI in ministry?

What is the greatest hope for God’s work in 2023 you’re dreaming about?

Our objective with AIforChurchLeaders.com is to help train 5,000 church leaders to use AI in ministry work over the next year.

Top 1-3 essentials for the Church in America to address in order to reach those who are spiritually open, but not yet following Jesus: 1. Address the disproportionate focus and pressure on Sunday morning worship services to do the majority of the work that the Church is called to do. 2. Innovate and develop more methods for engaging spiritually open people in each neighborhood - outside of church-centric events & programs. 3. Activate more laypeople to witness through their relationships, work, etc.
