What is the ministry challenge keeping you up at night?

The nature of what it means to attend/belong to a church is changing so significantly and is tracking in parallel with exponential developments in technology. How can we as leaders drive the next wave of what the Church can become for God's glory?

What is the greatest hope for God’s work in 2023 you’re dreaming about?

I'm eager and expectant to see how the next generation of leaders will rise up and bring a strong, clear voice amidst today's culture, in passionate testimony of Jesus Christ.

What is a non-ministry activity that brings you joy and energy?

Time with my family. Running. Dancing.

What are the top 1-3 essentials for the Church in America to address to reach those who are spiritually open, but not yet following Jesus?

1. Remember Our First Love. Share the gospel with love and through authentic relationship. Take it slow, but also be on guard for fear of man/culture/cancellation. 2. Cultivate More Trust. Trust that God's got you. Expect for him to show up in every. single. conversation; Lean on Him to guide your conversations with spiritually open people. Also, cultivate trust with people first, starting by showing up and being curious. See people through God's eyes.3. Be willing to have and develop relationships in new digital ways.
