Natasha Sistrunk Robinson
Dr. Natasha Sistrunk Robinson is a social entrepreneur. She is President & CEO of T3 Leadership Solutions, Inc., Natasha Sistrunk Robinson Ministries, and the Visionary Founder and Chairperson of the nonprofit, Leadership LINKS, Inc. She is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, a former United States Marine Corps Captain, and former federal government employee of the Department of Homeland Security. Dr. Robinson is a Leadership Consultant and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). A graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and North Park Theological Seminary, she is a sought-after international speaker and trainer with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the military, federal government, academic, and nonprofit sectors. Dr. Robinson exists to engage, equip, and empower people to live and lead on purpose, and she is passionate about creating equitable spaces for Women of Color, and specifically mentoring the next generation of Black girls and young women leaders. As the author of several books including Voices of Lament (editor), Journey to Freedom, A Sojourner’s Truth, Hope for Us Bible study, and Mentor for Life, she uses her influence to draw people closer to God and each other. She hosts A Sojourner’s Truth podcast.

What is the ministry challenge keeping you up at night?

Not having enough people who are committed to the work, or the resources (finances) to sustain the work.

What is the greatest hope for God’s work in 2023 you’re dreaming about?

That a commitment to the truth of the gospel, love of Jesus, and power of the Holy Spirit will birth a revival in the United States of America that humbles us to become more credible witnesses and kingdom partners with the global church.

What is a non-ministry activity that brings you joy and energy?

Dancing, eating well, going to the movies, live music and theater, and having out with loved ones

What are the top 1-3 essentials for the Church in America to address to reach those who are spiritually open, but not yet following Jesus?
