Obe Arellano is the founder and CEO of Exponential Español, an organization that provides multiplication resources to Spanish-speaking pastors, churches and denominations. He is also the Latin America Regional Director for NewThing Network, a catalyst for reproducing church movements around the world. With almost two decades of experience planting churches in North and Latin America, Obe provides coaching to Latino pastors helping churches have healthy leadership and vision to multiply. 1. Focus on reaching/serving the growing Latino demographic 2. Planting/helping plant Spanish-speaking campus/church 3. Reaching GenZ and Gen Alpha.
