What is the ministry challenge keeping you up at night?

How might we as follower of Christ demonstrate Jesus’ love for the world – in word and action - when people of faith show up divided along lines that reflect culture vs speak into the world? What would Jesus do?

What is the greatest hope for God’s work in 2023 you’re dreaming about?

My greatest hope is that this would be the day that no one would go hungry in the world.

What is a non-ministry activity that brings you joy and energy?

Zumba and pilates! Watching my kids play American football and soccer.

What are the top 1-3 essentials for the Church in America to address to reach those who are spiritually open, but not yet following Jesus?

- Going to and breathing the air in the context of where unchurched are, especially this generation (vs speaking from an ivory tower or “Christian culture”) - Empathizing with the cares and concerns of this generation and contextualizing the gospel to today’s circumstance (vs judging or tone-deaf) - By showing that Jesus, and demonstrating in turn the Church (people of faith) are FOR people (rather than AGAINST people)
